Different from any brewery tour you’ve done before, the Brewed Exploration Experience takes you behind the bar at Upper Thames Brewing Company and into the heart of a brewery based around community partnerships, a love for experimentation and a unique terroir settled along the north branch of the Thames River. Gain an appreciation for the brewing process as you drink and eat your way through the brewery.
Start your day off by sipping on some premium craft beer from Upper Thames (of course) while learning about the flavour profiles of various grains and how they’re used to create their thirst-quenching beer. Bottle your own beer by hand to see the hard work that goes into packaging craft beer and even create your own custom label to put on it and take home. Finish off by enjoying a tasty local partnership featuring three Woodstock ingredients. Trust us, it’s a blast.
