Fort Nelson First Nation Launches Innovative Members Portal – FNFN Hub

Fort Nelson, BC – Nov. 29, 2024 – Fort Nelson First Nation is proud to announce the launch of its Members Portal, FNFN Hub, an innovative online platform designed to strengthen community connections, provide valuable resources, and empower members with easy access to information and services.

Members are encouraged to log in and explore the FNFN Hub today. As part of the launch celebration, up to $500 in cash prizes will be awarded to members who log in before Friday, December 6, 2024.

Leslie Dickie, Interim Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), shared their excitement about this transformative initiative:
“The launch of our Members Portal is a milestone for Fort Nelson First Nation. This platform bridges gaps within our community and paves the way for enhanced collaboration, cultural preservation, and shared growth. We thank CityMedia and The Way Back for their expertise and dedication in bringing this vision to life.”

The FNFN Hub features:

  • A private, secure space for community discussions and to share community news.
  • Event calendars and tools to stay updated on local happenings.
  • Tools for members to connect, share ideas, and celebrate culture together.
  • Coming soon: Access resources supporting education, wellness, and personal growth.

This secure and user-friendly platform offers members tools to stay informed, connect, and participate in various cultural, educational, and social activities.

Developed in collaboration with The Way Back (a division of City Media),  the portal represents a significant step forward in enhancing communication and engagement within the community. The team worked closely with Fort Nelson First Nation leadership to ensure the platform aligns with the community’s values, vision, and needs.
